The on-going global pandemic COVID-19 has widely interrupted all businesses and industries and has fast-tracked the need to shift to remote business operations and digital delivery of products and services.
Despite the business disruption brought about by the pandemic, FPG Insurance is proud to share that we have enabled about 80% of our employees to work from home throughout the various quarantine stages. It is because of our concern for our partners and staff that we have been able to quickly mobilize our business continuity plans in order to maintain the positive and digitally-enabled experience that our valued clients deserve.

Since March 16, FPG Insurance has catered to more than 1,000 transactions ranging from customer inquiries to product information, to claims and policy renewals over our various servicing channels, including our social media and website channels. We have also assisted clients with over 250 non-motor claims, 500 motor claims, and more than 300 requests for our 24/7 Roadside Assistance service.
Now that majority of the country has shifted to General Community Quarantine, we will slowly open our branches to serve you and a separate advisory will be issued on this. Rest assured, stringent safety measures have been put in place in order to help protect our dear clients, partners, and staff against COVID-19 and to easily adapt to what we now consider to be the “new” normal.
